Mexican-American artist, Tlaloc Huerta Cuautle, better known as T.M.I. is the product of the “American dream.” Being the son of immigrant parents he pushed himself to graduate college before taking the ambitious step of dipping his feet into the music industry. After graduating at the top of his class, he threw away all academic opportunities for the life of an independent artist. Ever since he has slowly built a unique sound combining lofi melodics with new school drums, and an unwavering ability to be witty and playful with his lyricism and voice. His unique background allows him to create music in both English and Spanish although his soul is Chilango at heart. He plans to put Wisconsin on the map, which is an unheard of achievement by a “Latin” artist. But that doesn’t intimidate him, it only pushes him to work that much harder.
